Calling all unpaid family carers!!

Do you provide unpaid care and support to a relative, friend, partner or child who cannot manage because of disability, illness or frailty? Then we recognise you as a carer and we are here to help.

We work in partnership with Norfolk County Council and other agencies in order to develop a strong county wide carer’s strategy which improves opportunities for carers to access services and information and increase wider participation in other activities should the carer choose to do so.

We provide carers with home visits, or one to one meetings at a venue of their choice if they prefer not to meet at home.

In addition there are the weekly and monthly activities, therapies and workshops and all carers are welcome to attend these.
